   Mujeres, niñas casi, sin cabeza, descabezadas por el encuadre (por los pudores del fotógrafo/a o bien de la modelo anónima, tal vez asimismo la autora/or de las fotos, pero siempre sin cabeza, o cabeza o rostro ocultos). Adolescentes-jovencitas decapitadas. O el rostro o la cabeza ocultos, en general por el cabello largo, por una mano que cubre, por dar la espalda. La excepción, con otro tono, es la foto de la chica en el río (”the girl of the river”, dice la también anónima Isadora). Pero la chica del río tampoco tiene rostro. Sí, es cierto, es una de las mejores imágenes, acaso la mejor de la serie que aquí figura. El tema de las chicas-adolescentes o bien mujeres “decapitadas”, “guillotinadas”, se repite en muchos fotógrafos actuales, muy jóvenes o maduros. Acaso sea que en la era (actual) de la fotografía de sí mismo (el propio cuerpo es lo más cercano que el artista principiante tiene ante sí), lo elegido es el anonimato como una forma de seguridad y miedo. Coincide con la falta de identidad segura que permite internet. En Internet nadie está seguro de quioén es el otro. Casi nadie tiene rostro, o cabeza. Pero esta última no parece la respuesta más abarcadora: hay algo más profundo que alienta tanta coincidencia y repetición en la “ausencia de cabeza”. Ni pensar en la vulgaridad machista y patriarcal de que las mujeres “no tienen cabeza”, que es como decir, son puro cuerpo y no pensamiento. Aunque, quizás, en la era de la exibición de cuerpos, en la era de la imagen, de la belleza ostentada y exibida de cuerpos de mujeres, sea sólo el cuerpo de mujer lo que existe, y no su cabeza, que así no formaría así parte del cuerpo femenino. Las mujeres para mostrar, dicen las tapàs de revistas, son puro cuerpo (bello) y no cabeza.

   Me parece la de Nishe una muy buena serie de imágenes iniciales, de niñas-mujeres que aparecen solas, abandonadas, fantasmales. Son fotos enigmáticas, o con una buena dosis de enigma en su falta de profundidad de campo. Quizás estas niñas estén o se sientan así, sin pensamiento (claro), colgadas, suspendidas, perdidas en la falta de escenario por carencia de profundidad (sólo la nieve detrás). Sería entonces un “descabezamiento” más preocupante, inquietante.
   Desde hace meses recopilo imágenes de “mujeres sin cabeza”, muy habituales hoy, más aún en Occidente. En el territorio de los países de la ex Unión Soviética no es habitual. Tampoco en los países del Báltico.
   Tengo pensado escribir algo extenso sobre el asunto en mi sitio web. Espero poder hacerlo a la brevedad. Veré.
